Madhya Pradesh Ration Card

3. AAY cards: AAY cards are issued to the citizens of Madhya Pradesh who are very poor and who have no stable income source.

• First you have to go to the official website : http://bpl.samagra.gov.in/
• 

• When you go to the website, first you have to click on the link "Apply online for verification in the list of BPL families of the family". This will open a new page in which you have to enter your overall ID

• Your information will be shown on the next page, click on the link "Do you want to apply for BPL" after a little scroll down?
  
  
  

• After doing this, the online form will open, after giving all the information sought, click on the "Apply BPL" button.
  

• Now note down the application number, through this you will be able to see the status of BPL ration card
