CHEHRE is a 2021 Indian Hindi-language mystery thriller film directed by Rumi Jaffrey, produced by Anand Pandit Motion Pictures and Saraswati Entertainment Pvt Ltd, starring Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi in the lead roles. The film, starring Krystle D'Souza, Rhea Chakraborty, Siddhant Kapoor, Annu Kapoor, Tauheed Raik Zaman, Alex O'Neal, Dhritiman Chatterjee, and Raghubir Yadav in other important roles, stars Bachchan as a lawyer, while Hashmi is a business tycoon.
The film was announced on 11 April 2019 and filming began on 10 May 2019. It was scheduled for a worldwide release on 17 July 2020 but was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Till March 2021, the release date of the film has been postponed due to an increase in COVID-19 cases. The film was finally released in theaters on 27 August 2021.

Story

Production
Filming began on 10 May 2019. The first schedule ended on June 16 with a fourteen-minute long shot by Bachchan in one go. Kriti Kharbanda was initially selected to star in the film but left due to differences with the makers. He was replaced by Krystle D'Souza after Mouni Roy and Ankita Lokhande declined the role.
