Many such messages and videos on our WhatsApp number are also going viral on social media. Let us know what is the truth?

A similar claim has also been made in a Gujarati message shared on WhatsApp.

Fact-Check: What is Truth?

The fact-check department of the Press Information Bureau has termed this message as fake. Describing it as a rumour, he wrote – “No such action has been taken by the Indian government.”

The Information and Public Relations Department of Karnataka has also called it fake. He told that the Greater Bangalore Municipal Corporation will not spray any kind of medicine in the air to eliminate the corona. The DIPR wrote, “Please do not believe any such claim unless any circular is issued by a reliable source.”

According to a report by Pakistani news outlet ‘Dawn’, a similar rumor has spread in Pakistan as well.  Rumors of spraying medicines against Corona through “special army helicopters” are also being shared in Pakistan’s social media.

The Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR) Department of the Pakistan Army has rejected this.

In this way, the claim that medicine will be sprayed by helicopter to eliminate the corona virus from the air, proves to be false.

Think positively, but don’t be fooled.
