This scheme was started by the name of Dr. Ambedkar Housing Renovation Scheme, which we also know as House Repair Scheme. Under this scheme, Haryana government earlier used to give an amount of ₹ 50000. But now this amount has been increased to Rs 80 thousand. Now new changes have been made in this scheme and this financial assistance has been increased to Rs 80,000.
Necessary eligibility to avail the benefits of the scheme
- Only the original residents of Haryana will get the benefit of the house repair scheme.
- Under this scheme, applicants should be candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC and backward classes of Haryana.
- The annual income of the family of the applying candidate should not be more than Rs 1 lakh.
- The house of the applying candidate should be 10 years or older.
- Only if the candidate has not availed the benefit of any type of housing scheme, he will get the benefit of this scheme.
