- The candidates applying must be natives of Haryana.
- If the woman/man is a widower, his age is more than 40 years, the annual income of the family is less than Rs 3 lakh, they can apply for this scheme.
- Unmarried applicants applying should be between 45 to 60 years of age.
- The annual income of the family of an unmarried applicant should be less than Rs 1,80,000.
