Dimples are small folds or indentations in the fleshy part of the cheek. They are the result of a small muscle deformity that causes the skin of the cheek to tighten as it creates the outer split.  This adorable facial feature is usually a genetically inherited trait. However, people born without natural dimples can successfully mimic their appearance through a number of methods ranging from simple (makeup) to drastic (surgery). (read in Hindi)

How to get dimples in face naturaly.

Hold your lips and suck your cheeks inward.

To start exercising your cheek muscles, make a face as if you just ate a lemon or something remarkably sour. Your lips should be slightly patted or patted and your cheeks should be partially sucked. Your teeth should not stick together, as this will prevent you from sucking on your cheeks, but your lips do not need to be closed.

Note - This method is a folk remedy. In other words, it is not supported by any kind of scientific evidence, but by vague, untrue, aforesaid evidence. Thus, it is not guaranteed to work.

Your cheeks should naturally indent inward, with the deepest part of the indentation between your top and bottom teeth, about halfway between the front and back of your mouth.

Try eating or drinking something sour if you have a hard time visualizing appropriate facial expressions—your natural reaction to sourness is what exercise is like.

Press and hold the indentations.

Locate the areas on your cheeks where the indentation is deepest. Gently press this spot on both the cheeks using both the index fingers. Place your fingers firmly on these spots as you prepare to move your mouth.

You can grab these spots with your thumb or the rounded end of a pencil if you find it easier.

Smile and reposition your fingers as necessary.

Keeping your fingers fixed on the same spots on your face, slowly mold your expression into a wide grin. Your smile should be wide and open, as natural dimples usually appear when someone has a wide enough smile. Your fingers should now be positioned near the corners of your smile, where dimples would naturally be if you had them.

Check your appearance in the mirror. If the placement of your fingers seems a little off, you may need to slide your fingers a bit to the proper location on your cheeks.

Press down firmly on your desired dimple area with your fingers or with the rounded end of a pencil. For temporary dimples, release immediately. If desired, take a picture. Note that these dimples will disappear as soon as you relax your mouth.

Repeat daily.

Continue practicing 30 minutes of dimple "exercise" on a daily basis for several weeks. If a month goes by and you still haven't formed permanent dimples, you may want to move on.  Since this technique is not supported by scientific evidence, but by hearsay, it may not work for you if you do not ultimately have success.
