Dmart's own land

To open a good place in any Retail Store you need land.  Now the land should be either own or rented.
Dmart lives far away from the mess of this fare.  DMart buys its own land to open a store so that it will no longer bear the rent of the land

Or even if DMart is not able to buy land at that place, then he takes a lease for a few years, so that he does not have to pay money for many years by investing money once.

Now when DMart has saved the money of the land rent, the goods will be cheaper.  This is also the reason for similar prices in d mart.

DMart collects entry fees from companies

The number of customers of D Mart is so high that hardly any other Supermart customer will come around it.

Whatever product you see in D mart, the company of those products pays a fee to keep them there so that the product can be sold there.

Getting goods at a much lower rate than MRP at D mart

Be it any shop or retail supermarket, they buy the goods at less than MRP.  So while taking that stuff, companies give many types of discounts, due to which they get those goods at a much lower rate than MRP.

Dmart gives money to companies in less time

 Goods are sold much faster and more at D Mart.  Hence D Mart is able to give money to companies in a short time.  

Given the strategy of D-Mart, many companies give them more discounts so that D-Mart will give more attention to their product.


Reduce wasteful expenditure by Dmart

D Mart never spends extra money in its showroom.  The simple concept of DMart is more profit in less expenditure.  

Therefore, DMart does not spend much money on decorations, lights, staff etc. at its retail store, which saves DMart significantly.

If DMart opens any store, first do a good research on that area.  Knows the needs of people.  It tries to find out which local brand people like here and which big brand they like.

After this, DMart keeps local brand and other brand goods in its store. Suppose DMart is open in a Gujarat city where people like a local brand of papad, then DMart will definitely keep it in their Gujarat store.

In this way, people prefer to go to DMart instead of going to some big famous supermarket because they find their favorite brand there.
