Eligibility Criteria for B.A.L.B.

• Should have passed 12th standard from a recognized institution.
• Room 12th should get at least 45 percent marks.

Eligibility Criteria for LL.M.

• LLB, BALB, BSc LLB degree from a recognized institution.
•  Also, at least 50 percent marks should be obtained.
•  OBC class, SC and ST class candidates are exempted by 5 percentage points.

Eligibility Criteria for PG Diploma

•  Graduation degree from any university recognized by UGC.
•  At least 45 percent marks must be obtained.
•  OBC class, SC and ST class candidates are exempted by 5 percentage points.

 PhD eligibility criteria

•  LLM degree from RMLNLU or UGC recognized university.
•  Also, 55 percent marks should be obtained.
•  OBC class, SC and ST class candidates are exempted by 5 percentage points.

RMLNLU Admission 2020 Application Form

Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University was established by an Act of the Government.  Uttar Pradesh UP in 2005.  Act No. 24 of 2005 came into existence on 4 January 2006 to reinforce the vision laid by new challenges in the legal field and the establishment of the country's first National Law School.  The term 'Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia National Institute of Law, Uttar Pradesh' was originally included as 'Institute', which was later replaced by 'University', amending the Act in November 2006.  This was done to give it a broader national character.  Institutions on the lines of other major national law universities of the country.
