However, according to the latest IANS report, Apna Dal MP Anupriya Patel of Mirzapur district of Uttar Pradesh has demanded a ban on the web series, 'Mirzapur 2', saying that it is spreading ethnic religion. The MP has also alleged that the series is portraying Mirzapur's image as a 'violent' region.
He told reporters that under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi and CM Yogi Adityanath, Mirzapur is a 'center of harmony' and the matter should be investigated and strict action should be taken against those responsible for tarnishing its image. '
Mirzapur 2 depicts a violent story of conflict in families, politics and elections. Set in the city by the same name, the web series takes viewers into a dark and complex world of guns, drugs and chaos.
The first part of the Amazon Prime original revolves around a crime lord named Kaleen Bhaiya (Pankaj Tripathi) and is accidentally affected by his brothers when two brothers, Guddu Pandit and Bablu Pandit (Ali Fazal and Vikrant Massey), occupations.
However, later trouble ensues when Kalen Bhaiya's son Munna (Divyendu) is threatened by his presence. Mirzapur 2 'The battle for the throne of Mirzapur between Munna and Guddu continues.
